OK so we are helping people rent their homes out for the Horse Olympics, at the website above, and we are helping people find places to rent for the games. Apparently there are a few other companies out there doing the same. But lately we have been getting calls saying there is another company out of Atlanta, which is 5 hours away from Lexington mind you, out there that if you will pay them $1000-3200 up front, they will guarantee, GUARANTEE!, that you will get your home rented for $2000-5000 a day! So its official I am shutting down the company, booting all of my tenants, and I am renting all of my properties to this company! Then I am going to go retire to the Bahamas in my glass bottom boat....see you suckers later... I may move to Nigeria and start a legitimate rental scam, err uh business, there too....
Come on people are we really that naive? Do we really expect that anyone in their right mind would pay $2,3,..5,000 a day to rent your property, when their are hundreds available for $300-700 a day, or even hotels still available at this point? I just want this to be on record that we are not that company, and we clearly do not guarantee anything, beyond out best effort to find legitimate properties for legitimately price properties for visitors to the games.
